No. Plans include light support for simple questions, scheduling, basic guidance, and follow-up clarification. Troubleshooting that requires screen sharing, research, or step-by-step support may count as a session or be billed separately.
No. Backup support includes setup, review, and periodic check-ins. It does not guarantee data recovery or replace the customer's responsibility to maintain active backup services.
All Tech Connect provides light business tech support, setup, training, and advisory help. It does not replace managed IT, emergency support, cybersecurity monitoring, or full-time help desk coverage unless specifically agreed in writing.
